Oh happy day! The weather has been just beautiful lately and I have felt so inspired to create different pieces for Spring. You all have been so amazingly supportive in so many ways and I just wanted to give a little something back. I am forever grateful for your continued support, kindness and inspiration.

 Spring Easter Peat Pot Basket Trio

I absolutely love creating with peat pots pretty much all year long. They have the perfect texture, are light weight and come in quite a few different shapes and sizes.

spring 1 Bunnies and butterflies…are always a favorite of mine at springtime. A charming little set to add a few goodies to, leave them as they are or add a bit of moss for a nice pop of color.

Each basket is lined with a natural coffee filter ruffle, a paper twist handle and filled with vintage book page shred.

 I added little torn strips of white fabric and vintage mother of pearl buttons.

The butterfly is in three layers, a butterfly image, on a french script vellum, on a tea stained paper, each adorned with a tiny vintage mother of pearl button and a bit of natural string.
